2009 Rental Information

The Globe Theatre

$700.00

This includes a 5-hour period. Additional time for cleanup or set-up or any other reason at $50.00 per hour. Cleaning Fee = $60.00; Attendant Fee = $10.00 per hour of rental. There will be an additional charge for an additional attendant if one is needed to run lighting and/or sound board.

Anne Hathaway Cottage

$300.00

This includes a 3-hour period (Set-up, meeting or party, cleanup). Additional time for set-up or cleanup or any other reason at $25.00 per hour. Cleaning Fee = $60.00; Attendant Fee = $10.00 per hour of rental.

Theatre and Cottage WEDDING PACKAGE

$900.00

This includes a 5-hour period (Rehearsal, Decoration, Wedding, and Cleanup). The rehearsal hour may be used the day before the wedding. Additional time at $50.00 per hour in Theatre and $25.00 per hour in Cottage. Cleaning Fee = $100.00; Attendant Fee = $10.00 per hour of rental. There will be an additional charge for an additional attendant if one is needed to run lighting and/or sound board.

Damage Deposit

$200.00

Refundable after inspection. Any damage done in excess of $200 is the responsibility of the renter. ½ of total rental due plus damage deposit with signed contract confirms reservation. Balance due on date of rental. Deposit not refundable if cancelled after one week prior to the date of rental.

Receptions may be held in the courtyard or in Anne Hathaway Cottage only. NO RECEPTIONS IN THE THEATRE.
